Where do we ship?
At the moment we ship within India, but we are trying to tie up with international logistic partners for shipping internationally.
How much are the delivery charges?
We provide free delivery on all items if the total order amount is more than Rs. 500/-. For orders below Rs. 500/- we charge Rs. 60/- shipping charges. There are no additional charges for Cash on Delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The item will generally be delivered within 5 - 7 days from the order date. We send the packages via reputed courier FedEx against a tracking number which will be notified to customers via SMS and email within 24 hours of dispatch. Customers can then check the expected date of delivery.
What about COD (Cash on Delivery) service?
We provide cash on delivery service on selected pin codes, to check the availability of COD service on your pin code, click on the link below…………..
What about taxes like VAT, sales tax, octroi etc.?
The price mentioned on our website is the final product price including taxes. What you see is what you pay! Our prices include all applicable Central Sales Tax (CST) and Value Added Tax (VAT).
How to return the Product?

How to exchange the product if the product is damaged? Also what is 30 Day Return and Replacement scheme?
If the product that you have purchased is defective or of incorrect size you are free to send it back to us within 30 days. All products sold on www.realunreal.in are covered under our 30 Day Replacement scheme. Notify us of problems, damages or defects within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided
- The product is not used or worn
- The product does not exhibits any physical damage or damage to the box
- The product is in original condition
- The product is returned with all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- Original invoice is packed along with the products
- There are no signs of the product coming in contact with water or chemical hence losing original color
- There are no scratches on the surface of products
How to cancel an order?
You can cancel the order by writing a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling us on our helpline no. 96108-40606 and mentioning the order no. and reason for cancellation. Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product page.
Cancellation before product has shipped:
If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation after product has shipped:
If your product has been shipped, it will be eligible for replacement or exchange if it is defective, damage during transit or has incorrect size.
How to send the product back or exchange it?

· Please include the original contents, and all additional material sent with the shipment and ensure that the packet is properly sealed.

Who will bear the shipping cost for exchange or return?
For all defective or damaged products that you are retuning / exchanging then we will pay for to and fro shipping cost.
How will I be refunded for the return?
After checking the product received by us and upon successful processing we will return the amount. If you have paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to your account after deduction of bank charges. Otherwise, a cheque of equivalent amount will be sent to you upon request.
Replacement of Product
The product will be reviewed within 2 days of receiving of the parcel and further it would be communicated to customer and if the customer wants the similar product will be dispatched within 2 days subject to product availability or the amount would be refunded.
Any other terms and conditions?
The description of the product stated on our website is as per how we understand the characteristics of the product. Most importantly, the description of the colours and the picture itself may slight vary – due to various standard factors such as lighting, photography etc.
Also there could be slight variation in colour depending on the screen on which you view the product, the resolution, colour settings etc. There is nothing much anyone can do about this but one can only ensure that the closest reproduction of the colour is displayed.
